Our Personal Training packages are twice a week and are fully covered by most commercial insurance plans! Our Personal Dietitians work directly with you to develop and maintain a diet that’s right for your needs and lifestyle. Our one on one wellness visits are covered by most insurances with no deductible and no copay (verification needed).

How it Works:

Step 1: Personal Consultation – This program starts with a consultation with one of our healthcare providers. At this appointment an InBody body composition analysis will be performed and results will be reviewed by the practitioner. If necessary, bloodwork will be collected for general screening or we will use labs you may have recently obtained from your primary care physician. . Your provider will go over these results with you at your next appointment and make any recommendations they see necessary. We will work in conjunction with your primary care physician to involve them with your wellness progress reports.

Step 2: Meet Your Trainer – Once this portion is completed you are ready to meet your trainer and discuss your health and fitness goals. Your trainer will also do a physical assessment to evaluate your fitness abilities and set up a proper training program personalized just for you.

Step 3: Set Your Schedule – You can set your workout schedule with your trainer so that it is convenient for your lifestyle. These workouts are available 1-2 times per week. During your workout not only will you learn physical skills, but you will also have health and wellness educational topics to discuss to help give you the tools to live a healthy, maintainable lifestyle.

Step 4: Follow Up – You will receive follow up Inbody scans every 4 weeks so your trainer can track your progress and adjust your program as needed. You will also have a follow up consultation with your healthcare provider every 3 months.

How it Works:

Step 1: New Patient Assessment – We will discuss your goals, your past diet history, concerns/questions, and your plan moving forward. We will detail macronutrient and calorie goals if that is applicable for you and we will create a custom plan together to help you in moving forward with your healthiest self! I am all about lifestyles over “diets” and will help you become the best version of yourself through education, implementation, and accountability!

Step 2: Follow Up Assessment – We will discuss how you’ve been doing, what has gone well or not well, and what we need to change or keep moving forward. We will look over the past week or two since seeing me and determine if tweaks need to be made based on your experiences, confidence and feelings towards the current plan. We will get you on the right plan for your specific goals, with consistent accountability long term!
